VCARSYSTEM's Solution

The MCU HIL simulation testing system includes core components such as a real-time host, FPGA motor simulation board, and CAN communication board. Through the host computer, the motor model is downloaded to the FPGA, enabling direct data output. The system supports closed-loop control, facilitates data interaction via the CAN card, and uses test management software and automation testing software to perform testing, fault injection, and test case editing, providing comprehensive verification of MCU performance.
