I agree with the PrivacyPolicy and terms and conditions of VCARSYSTEM
The transmission is the core component of the vehicle's drivetrain system, and the efficient and reliable operation of its control system is critical for enhancing vehicle performance and safety.

VCARSYSTEM's Solution

VCARSYSTEM's in-house developed Transmission Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing system simulates the operation of a real vehicle under various operating conditions, effectively validating the reliability of the transmission control system and ensuring its stability and safety on actual roads. The system can simulate various faults and anomalies to test the system’s fault tolerance, significantly reducing the number of tests required on actual vehicles. It helps users quickly identify and resolve issues in the early stages, effectively reducing development time and costs.

HIL SYSTEM

VCARSYSTEM offers Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing solutions that cover the entire scope of automotive electronics, including modules for new energy powertrain systems (BMS/VCU/MCU), automotive driving systems (ACC/LKA/AEB, etc.), chassis electronic control systems (EPS/ESP/SBW/EPB/EHB/EMB), traditional powertrain systems (EMS/TCU), as well as body electronics and intelligent cockpits. It provides comprehensive HIL testing services to help customers accelerate product launch timelines.

VCAR EM

VCAR EM, developed by VCARSYSTEM for HIL platforms, is an engineering configuration tool that enables comprehensive HIL project setup. The software facilitates GPIO signal configuration, bus communication configuration for CAN/CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, board hardware configuration, simulation model import, signal mapping, real-time host multi-task allocation and management, and project compilation. It also supports multi-task distribution management and multi-device daisy-chaining configuration, meeting diverse testing scenario requirements.

WORKFLOW

VCARSYSTEM's in-house developed Transmission HIL testing platform consists of host computer software and a cabinet, which simulate or acquire the hardwired and bus signals required by the transmission controller, enabling the functional and logical validation of the transmission controller.

ADVANTAGES

In-house Developed Multifunctional Board System

In-house developed various types of boards, including digital input/output boards (for basic digital and PWM signals) and CAN communication boards (supporting CAN, LIN, FlexRay protocols with abundant channel resources).

High Integration and Portability

Highly integrated, easy to move and use.

Resource Expansion and Multi-System Integration

Supports resource pooling, allowing multiple users to simultaneously access the devices, suitable for various scenarios.

Software Development and Configuration

Supports automatic mapping configuration between hardware board signals, bus signals, and input/output interface models; no additional licensing required to import and view Simulink physical models in layers; provides rich configurable options to meet customization needs with short procurement cycles.

Fault Injection and Measurement Calibration

Fault injection functionality is achieved through the board capabilities (no additional software required); provides measurement and calibration libraries (no need for ICA, CANape, or other calibration and diagnostic software).

Development and Model Support

No license required, supports secondary development by customers, and allows multiple computers to simultaneously use physical models; supports automatic generation of dbc/ldf communication interface modules and hardware interface definition files via scripts, with Override functionality.
