In this era of rapid technological change, intelligent driving and new energy vehicle technology are changing the way we travel at an unprecedented speed. As the explorer and leader in the field of controller development and test tool chain,VCARSYSTEM has always stood at the forefront of scientific and technological innovation, and is committed to bringing the most cutting-edge technology into the field of education, especially in the deep cooperation with major universities, and jointly open a new era of intelligent driving and three electric technology teaching.
Facing the rapid development of intelligent driving technology, VCARSYSTEM deeply understands the importance of combining theory and practice. To this end, we specially designed a closed-loop intelligent driving hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) system for universities. This system not only simulates the complexity of the real road environment, but also integrates part of the automatic driving algorithm and sensor fusion technology, so that students can personally experience the whole process of intelligent driving perception, decision-making and control in a safe and controllable environment. The whole system adopts the domain control development environment of Carla scene software and ROS2, which provides flexible and open interface for teachers and students of universities and facilitates secondary development. Through this platform, the content of vehicle road test is introduced into the laboratory, and the teaching process is combined with virtual and real, which is more vivid and fits the actual scene. The gap between theory and practice has been effectively bridged, and students' innovative thinking and practical ability have been greatly improved.

Intelligent driving HIL teaching platform
In the field of new energy vehicles, VCARSYSTEM also spare no effort. We introduced the closed-loop three electric (battery, motor, electronic control) teaching practice program. Through the highly integrated experimental platform, students can intuitively understand the working principle of the core components of electric vehicles, and conduct functional testing and fault diagnosis by hand, so as to deepen their understanding and mastery of new energy vehicle technology in actual combat. This program not only strengthens the combination of theory and practice, but also lays a solid foundation for cultivating versatile talents needed by the industry in the future.

In addition to the physical three power teaching platform, VCARSYSTEM combined with the practical experience of the enterprise project, launched a full closed-loop VCU HIL, BMS HIL, MCU HIL teaching and research platform. Through HIL test platform, university teachers and students can not only understand the main functions of each controller, but also change the relevant parameters through actual operation, and in-depth learning of relevant control models and strategies. At the same time, VCARSYSTEM has also developed relevant practical courses and courseware to facilitate the construction and promotion of college courses and help cultivate talents needed by enterprises.
